Welcome to 2012!
I’m hoping that each of you and your families had a warm and wonderful holiday season and that the new year has greeted you with the same optimism and anticipation for a fantastic 2012 as our MonaVie family is feeling in Southeast Asia. Specifically, in this newsletter I will give you the latest update regarding the dramatic progress which has taken place in Thailand and continue to warmly invite all of you to participate in the explosive growth which is just starting now. Following the devastating and paralyzing floods, this resilient kingdom and her people have rebounded with the same grace and smiles that were present everywhere even as half the country was under several feet of water.
PRODUCT DELIVERY.
MonaVie continue to receive outstanding service from our local logistics partner in the timely delivery of NFR product throughout the country. They are very grateful to the local Thai partner for having provided tremendous assistance in delivering product during the floods, a time in which virtually every company had major obstacles. The time is coming soon where we will be pleased to offer complete on the ground operations to all Thai distributors. In the meantime, success and momentum continue to grow because of an efficient NFR business model. The proof is in the numbers! More than 1,000 rank advancements, including many new Ruby and Emerald Executives before, during and after the floods!
NEW OFFICE.
The new MonaVie office in Bangkok is 97% complete right now and is, without question, one of the most beautiful network marketing offices in Thailand. In early December, a group of nearly 50 leaders went on a tour of the new office and everyone was instantly excited. Those who have seen it in the last few days have been nearly speechless. In terms of form, function and beauty this new MonaVie home is a complete winner. We will receive the final handover from the construction/design company next week.
Following several days of additional preparation relating to telephone, internet and all IT systems, the office will be ready to welcome distributors to begin transacting business. An announcement will be made on our website as soon as the exact opening date can be determined following these last few preparations.
The tentative plan for office hours in our new home will be 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. These times could be subject to slight adjustment. It is not feasible to describe all of the highlights of the new office in this email so I will only mention about the meeting room capability to give you some idea as to the thought and planning which has been invested in this new facility. There is one large meeting room seating 150-160 people with a state-of-the-art sound and projection system. There are 3 smaller meeting rooms seating 6, 15 and 25-30, respectively.
This new office is in one of the most awesome locations in Bangkok, with immediate access to both of this mega-city’s mass transit systems, the BTS Skytrain and the MRT Underground. The sooner you get here to see it, the better!
COMPENSATION PLAN
The enhancements to the comp plan have been received in a most phenomenal manner by our Thai distributors. You might end up wanting to move to Thailand!! This newly enhanced superstar plan matches everything else great about MonaVie and Thai distributors are thrilled that it answers perfectly the two essential requirements of a dynamic plan: Providing a quick and effective way for beginning distributors to make money on the front end, and significant amounts of bonus income on the back end for proven and effective leaders.
EVENT.
We welcome the new year with a very exciting event to be held on January 29 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. This event will be held in the prestigious Conrad Hotel on Wireless Road in the Grand Ballroom. For an absolute certainty, it will be filled to beyond capacity as the level of support for this 2012 kickoff is sky high. The name of the event is MONAVIE BLAST OFF 2012! The theme of the event is “Vision to Change Lives.” The content in this event has been carefully planned and will outline very clearly the strategic plan and vision for this new year. In addition, those new Gold Executives who qualified, will receive their new iPad 2’s in this event. With new announcements, updates and a brand new promotion the atmosphere in the ballroom on that day will be electrifying! Randy Larsen will be present for this event as well as several Diamond and Black Diamond VIP guests.
MONAVIE THAILAND EXECUTIVE STAFF.
MonaVie are pleased to announce the appointment of 4 new executive positions which are already helping in significant ways to build a HUGE business in Thailand. These new positions are Vice President, Vision, Customer Service Manager, Marketing Executive, and Sales Support Executive. Aim, who many of you have met previously and was the first MonaVie employee in Thailand has been named as Business Development Executive. She continues her stellar performance and deep commitment to long-term success in this country.
Bangkok will host the first Asia Pacific Conference for all MonaVie markets in Asia, stretching from Japan through India. This will be a history-making event as it is the first time that all current Asian markets will gather under one roof. There will be thousands in attendance and with all the preparation under way, the event will be beyond description. The dates for this conference are March 2-3. Due to the remarkable momentum of the company in this region of the world, there will be two Ruby Fly In’s associated with this conference, one immediately before and one immediately after. Between the two, the combined attendance will be 700 people! MonaVie is truly on the move!!
