We are nearing the launch of official business in Thailand. In preparation for this exciting launch, on Monday, June 13, 2011, we will begin accepting the necessary validation documents required for Thailand distributors.
As you might recall, once we officially launch, pre-enrolled Thailand distributors will not be able to purchase product or earn commissions until they provide MonaVie with the following documents: (1) a photocopy of the identification page of one’s personal bank book and (2) a photocopy of one’s personal government ID.
Here’s how you can submit the required documents to MonaVie for account validation and migration.
What do I need to do in order to validate my Thailand account?
If you are currently registered as a Thailand distributor, you simply need to submit a photocopy of the identification page of one’s personal bank book and a photocopy of one’s personal government ID to Thailandcompliance@monavie.com.
Please put your distributor ID number in the subject line of the email. This will help us locate your documents for faster processing. MonaVie may contact you directly for further information if needed. Otherwise, we will validate your documents and send you an email confirming your validation. You may also deliver a copy of each document to any of our MonaVie offices, including our temporary office in Thailand, beginning on Monday, 13 June 2011.

What about existing accounts who wish to migrate to Thailand?
If you enrolled in MonaVie before 4 April 2011, and wish to migrate your account to Thailand, please submit the following information to Thailandcompliance@monavie.com:
- Permanent Thailand address (in English)
- Photocopy of the identification page of one’s personal bank book
- Photocopy of one’s personal government ID
