Handy Tips for Success with RVL

→Use water instead of milk

Essentially your RVL shake can be mixed with any liquid based on your taste preference, but lets consider this;

If you’re finding it hard to get your head around the thought of mixing your RVL shake with water, consider this; a significant portion of the ingredients in RVL is essentially powdered milk; whey proprietary blend……..You don’t mix powdered milk with milk so why would you mix it with your RVL shake?
